Referral Service Fees - Pre Abortion Tests

Less than 13 weeks pregnant (Pre-abortion tests only - see below for Abortion procedure fees)

Non – residents referral only - $225 (Includes basic laboratory test fees & AMAC dating scan)
NZ residents & NZ healthcare eligible – NO CHARGE (subsidised fee by Auckland Medical Aid Centre Ltd)

13 – 17 weeks pregnant - referral to NZ O&G specialist service
NZ residents – $120 (includes standard laboratory tests & referral visit) please note: a full obstetric ultrasound and any extra lab fees may incurr extra charges.
Non - NZ residents - $400 (includes standard laboratory tests & referral visit) please note: a full obstetric ultrasound and any extra lab fees will incurr extra charges.

17 weeks pregnant or more - referral to an overseas service

NZ residents – $120 (includes standard laboratory tests & referral visit) please note: a full obstetric ultrasound and any extra lab fees may incurr extra charges.
Non - NZ residents - $400 (includes standard laboratory tests & referral visit) please note: a full obstetric ultrasound and any extra lab fees will incurr extra charges.
